Refund Policy

Because this is a digital product with immediate access after purchase, all sales are final and are not eligible for refunds. If you have trouble opening or using the files, reach out and we'll help you sort it out.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital nature of our products — including spreadsheets, templates, planners, and other downloadable resources — all sales are final. Once a purchase is made and access is granted, we are unable to offer refunds.
We clearly describe every product before you buy, including what it contains, what it requires, and what it does.
2. We're Here to Help
If you have any trouble opening or using your files, email us and we'll help you resolve it:
- File won't open or is corrupted — we'll send a replacement
- Not sure how to use a feature — we'll walk you through it
- Downloaded the wrong file — we'll point you to the right one
Email support@vantixvault.com with your order number and we'll respond within 24 hours.
3. Exceptions
The only situations where we will issue a refund are:
- You were charged more than once for the same order (duplicate charge)
- A technical error on our end prevented you from accessing your purchase and we are unable to resolve it
4. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We maintain complete records of all purchases and downloads and will contest fraudulent chargebacks with full documentation.
