Short version: Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded. If you have a genuine technical issue we cannot resolve, we'll make it right. Email support@vantixvault.com within 7 days of purchase.

All products sold on Vantix Vault are digital downloads. Because digital products can be accessed and copied instantly, all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed. This is standard practice for digital goods across the industry.

We clearly describe every product — including what it contains, what it requires, and what it does — before you buy. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Fraudulent chargebacks filed after accessing a digital product are a form of theft. We maintain complete records of all downloads and will contest fraudulent chargebacks with full documentation.
